Sustainable public procurement: the European proCURE project presents the “Train the Trainer” webinar

7 January 2026

Strengthening skills in sustainable public procurement and supporting their dissemination within public administrations and territories. This is the objective of the webinar “Train the Trainer – Multiplying knowledge for sustainable public procurement”, scheduled for Thursday, 15 January 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET, to be held online.

The initiative is promoted by Fondazione Ecosistemi within the framework of the European project proCURE and focuses on the presentation of the new Train the Trainer course. The course is designed to provide specialised knowledge, practical tools and training competences on Green Public Procurement (GPP), with particular attention to the transfer of skills within organisations and at regional level.

The webinar is addressed to professionals involved in public procurement processes, as well as key actors within local and regional authorities, including regional managers, climate managers, sustainability coordinators, trainers and other professionals engaged in supporting the transition towards more sustainable purchasing practices.

During the event, participants will be introduced to the structure and content of the Train the Trainer programme, including training materials and learning methodologies. The agenda also includes the presentation of good practices and a dedicated session for questions and exchange among participants.

Participation is free of charge, subject to prior registration via Eventbrite.
